Happy 4th !!!
I made this banner  from Gina's Designs {coming to her store soon}
For the Banner, Gina will be selling them by the piece for $1.00 .
Each piece will include :
1-5 1/2 x 3 1/2  corrugated card board pennant
Letter of your choice
and a rosette made of white card stock or book page.
